Our work is backed

A clear warranty. No oversized promises.

Qualifying repairs completed by Mechanic On Demand are covered against defects in supplied parts and workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Coverage applies to the original customer and vehicle. It excludes maintenance and wear items, customer-supplied parts, abuse, overheating, modifications, continued operation after warning signs, diagnostic-only services and failures caused by unrelated components. Mechanic On Demand must be allowed to inspect and authorize warranty work before repairs are performed elsewhere. Eligibility and any additional terms will be stated on your invoice.

Meet your mechanic

A real person answers. A real mechanic shows up.

Mechanic On Demand was built around a simple belief: taking care of a vehicle means taking care of the person who depends on it.

You speak directly with Ronnie—the mechanic diagnosing the problem and performing the repair. No call center. No guessing who will arrive.

“A car is never just a car. It’s how someone gets to work, gets their children to school or gets home safely.”
